Hobi Bilisim was established in 2011. The company’s main field of activity is license plate recognition systems. In addition to developing software and hardware on License Plate Recognition Systems, the company produces projects and develops applications in this field.

ISAF is an extremely important organization that allows us to come together with our industry customers, dealers and business partners.
We participate in the ISAF Exhibition to introduce and present our new products.
At ISAF 2024, we will introduce our License Plate Recognition and Speed Detection Systems products under the title of Controlled Passage Systems and Highway Systems.
We wish Hobi Bilişim to have a productive exhibititon at ISAF, which will be held at Istanbul Expo Center between 9-12 October.
