Being the only domestic organization of the sector it covers and the largest activity of the region where Turkey is located, ISAF is being held for the 19th time at Halls 9-10-11 at Istanbul Expo Center on September 17-20 2015.
To achieve the objectives of growth rates set by the Marmara Fair Organization, busy advertising and promotion works are carried out. One of the works being done within the scope of these is the advertisement published in the sectoral magazines. Industrial magazine ads have been featured over 10 local publications until now and insert ads have been used in over 10 sectoral magazines. Moreover, press bulletins of the exhibitions are delivered to over 80 publications which regularly cover relevant sectors every month. Another method used to reach more visitors and exhibitors is mailing. Mails are sent for the promotion of exhibition to more than 64 locations, including media outlets, associations, chambers, foundations or public institutions which are contracted under special conditions.
Also, a banner of ISAF will be featured on local and international websites related to ISAF as well as frequently visited websites. Visitors of these websites will get information about the exhibition, have access to free online invitations and get free invitations as much as they want. We are also working with more than 10 websites about this. In addition, developments about the exhibition are regularly sent every month to about 40 websites which are contracted as part of the exhibition.
These efforts are not just limited to printed and visual media. We are exchanging correspondence with all public bodies and authorities relating to the exhibition and having meetings with them as well, to make sure all personnel and relevant institutions are aware of the exhibitions. When it comes to commercial attaches, we are also in contact with foreign attaches in Turkey and Turkish attaches abroad and ask them to announce the exhibition on their websites and bulletins. As part of these communication efforts, we got in contact with 95 Turkish Commercial Attaches abroad. Furthermore, we are corresponding and meeting with universities and technical high schools and exhibition announcements are covered on their websites, notice boards, bulletins and publications.
Besides, we contacted and met with over 30 local and foreign industrial associations, trade associations and foundations, and they are announcing the exhibitions to members of chambers, associations and foundations as part of the agreements we reached as a result of these meetings. The ads of ISAF will also be featured in the national press and radio channels with highest ratings. Press bulletins will be communicated regularly to the national media, the news about exhibition and exhibitors featured in the national press will be added to the list and exhibition news, products to be displayed by exhibitors, activities and shows will be announced on TV channels just before the exhibition.
Marmara Fair Organization visits all important exhibitions related to the industry in the world and runs activities to promote the exhibitions. For some exhibitions, the organization conducts activities for the exhibitor stands only. In others, it displays products as an exhibitor by acquiring a stand in order to reach exhibition visitors. The organization informs visitors of their stands during the exhibitions where they take part as exhibitors and conveys information to all companies exhibiting at the exhibition.
In addition to these promotional activities, Marmara Fair Organization continues its promotions actively on the field. The organization makes announcements and promotion of the exhibition in regions where exhibition-related sectors are dominant with important segment of the visitors. Moreover, the organization delivers exhibition invitations to all workplaces and housing sites in selected regions through a team that is well informed about the contents of exhibition. The team tells the exhibition to those accepting the invitations and informs them on why they should visit.
Moreover, e-invitations, online invitation and phone invitations are delivered to the entire industry, relevant segments and former visitors of the exhibition, the areas indicated by exhibitors and target visitors by using different methods.
KOSGEB SUPPORT IN THE ISAF HAS ALMOST GOTTEN FULL
ISAF which will be held in the third title Security, IT Security and Smart Home, it’s continue to be the symbol of novelties in the industry as in every year. Novelties bring together an ever-increasing interest in the exhibition and works for 2015 continue with speed with this interest.
With considerably high expectations in this regard in ISAF; Security, IT Security and Smart Home exhibitions provide the support under “International Specialization Trade Exhibition” from KOSGEB. Support for up to 50 square meters and max amount of 6,000 TL is provided to exhibitors under the scope of attendance in the exhibition.
As the interest on the exhibition is intensive, the quota for support to be provided by KOSGEB in ISAF is about to become full with the applications of exhibitor companies.
